In the communities we serve, we fight to end human trafficking, exploitation and abuse by transforming communities through love, relationship and support.
Our Mission.

We take a loving and holistic approach to the prevention of human trafficking and abuse by protecting and empowering those in the most vulnerable and impoverished communities. Through key partnerships, we facilitate the rescue and restoration of those who are being abused and/or trafficked.
Our holistic approach to prevention endeavours to address human trafficking in its entirety by reaching individuals, families, and communities through providing support physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Our Location.

Our head office is in the country’s capital city. With a population of over 1.5 million people in just 679 km, Phnom Penh is a hotspot for trafficking and sex tourism. Our team partners with the many other NGO’s in the city, working together to fight against human trafficking.
We also reach other provinces and communities in Cambodia through our various outreach programs.
Our History

We were founded in 2007 as The Mission Worldwide (TMW). Since 2013 we have been running projects in Cambodia in affiliation with Iris Global. We operate in Cambodia as an international NGO recognized by the Cambodian government as TMW. Iris Phnom Penh / TMW is a registered charity with The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (Charity number NIC108385).

Meet Our Leadership Team

Mitchell & Jillian Stiner

Mitchel & Jillian moved to Cambodia in February 2017 to serve long-term with TMW, after attending Iris Global’s Harvest School of Missions. Mitchell was appointed TMW Country Director in Cambodia in December 2021. He and Jillian are currently co-leading the team with Sdam, Steve & Mollie.
Steve & Mollie Brown

Steve and Mollie along with their 3 children moved back to Cambodia in 2022. in 2012 They were on our original pioneering team to start TMW in Cambodia, and then co-lead our Sihanoukville team for 5 years. They spent 5 years studying at Bethel and serving with Iris Global in California. Now, they are co-leading alongside Mitchell, Jillian & Sdam.
